WiRE at dove farm
Dove farm is proud to be associated with WiRE, and has supported the organisation for many years, by hosting network meetings and events at the farm.
Women in Rural Enterprise
Supporting Women in Business
The dynamic UK business network for women in business, with a rural connection, either through their products, services, or customers, or simply an empathy with rural issues.
On a local basis, WiRE is for all women in business, rural or otherwise, who are interested in making connections that mean something and who would like to be part of a genuinely supportive network.
Networks are run by volunteer network leaders. The WiRE network for Derbyshire Dales and Staffordshire borders, is co-ordinated by Jane Stretton. This group is also known as WiRE Doves. Network meetings are generally held every other month in dove studio at dove farm. Visits, events and training take place in between times, to offer people different ways and means to get involved. Being part of a trusted network is one of the most valuable resources that a business person has at their disposal. We have some amazing businesswomen in our group, who prove that you can share skills, work together and still be an entrepreneur. One of the ways you can keep in touch, is by joining our local group page on facebook http://www.facebook.com/wiredoves

If you would like to come along to one of our informal network meetings at dove farm, or join our mailing list, please contact jane@dovefarm.co.uk
