Short breaks for groups - sleeps up to 18 in three cottages

Hire all three cottages to accommodate 16 - 18 guests. There are 7 bedrooms acroos 3 cottages. this gives 16 bedspaces as standard, with the addition of a sofabed in the living room of Wren cottage There are 2 temporary beds to help accommodate groups of singles, or provide extra beds for younger children. Great midweek deals on short breaks all year round. Perfect for exploring Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Alton Towers is only 4 miles from Dove Farm.Dove Farm cottages, is a small cluster of properties on a working farm. There are three adjoining holiday cottages, plus Dove studio, grouped around a shared, patio garden.

Dove Farm cottages offer all the benefits of staying in a big party house, or large cottage, with the added bonus of guests being able to enjoy a bit more private space, in their own cottage. This is particularly useful when catering for the needs of family members both young and old, and for different interest groups. The separate cottages also provide useful break-out rooms, for corporate groups and training workshops using Dove studio as their main working area.

2 nights: Fri/Sat, with LAZY checkout on Sunday £1270
3 nights: Fri/Sat/Sun £1400

Well-equipped cottages

The cottages are comfortable and stylish. Unpretentious, practical and well-equipped. The kitchens have group catering in mind. There is  wifi throughout. There is a selection of books, DVDs and tourist information, in each of the cottages. There is a cot and high chair, and toys for younger children. There is reasonable disabled access overall, with good accessibility in certain parts. There is garden seating in the patio garden, and a BBQ is available for guests to use.

Doggie guests, up to 2 per visiting group, are welcome, after prior arrangement with owners. There is a small charge for dogs staying at Dove Farm, and owners are kindly asked to respect the terms and conditions relating to pets.
