With exclusive use of your own space, Dove studio makes
the perfect country venue for any small conference, meeting or training event.
Rates for 2007*
£100.00 + VAT full day from 08.30 – 17.30
£ 55.00 + VAT half day or evening
We offer re-scheduled prices for very small groups of
6 people or fewer.
Hire charge includes:
o The studio suite
boardroom style for 16 people,
or seminar layout for around 25 people
o wireless broadband internet
o Whiteboard, screen, flipchart
o Stationery and pens
o OHP projector (LCD also available)#
o Tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival
(additional teas and coffees on self-serve basis)#
o water, cordial and mints
o Adjacent and ample parking for 20+ cars
£15.00 hire charge applies for use of LCD projector
£20.00 refreshment supplement applies
for groups above 12 people
Subject to availability, our adjoining cottages may
be used as additional syndicate space. Please discuss your requirements with
us.
An additional hire charge may apply.
