Day hire of dove studio 2008

£100.00 + VAT full day from 08.30 – 17.30
£ 50.00 + VAT half day or evening

We offer re-scheduled prices for very small groups of 6 people or less, for one-to-one meetings, and for community groups.



We offer 15% discount on full day hire for WiRE members

Hire charge includes:

o use of dove studio suite
boardroom style for 16 people,
or seminar layout for around 25 people

o wireless broadband internet

o Whiteboard, screen, flipchart

o Stationery and pens

o OHP projector (LCD also available £15 hire charge)

o Tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival
(additional teas and coffees on self-serve basis)*

o water, cordial and mints

o Adjacent and ample parking for 20+ cars

*a supplement of £20 for teas and coffees, is payable by groups with more than 12 delegates.

Please discuss your catering needs with us. Working lunches may be provided by ourselves, or via a preferred supplier, using a selection of locally sourced food.

Subject to availability, our adjoining cottages may be used as additional syndicate space. Please discuss your requirements with us. An additional hire charge may apply.

business guests are welcome to stroll around our farm trail and enjoy our beautiful and tranquil stretch of the river Dove. The perfect lunch break!
