Dove Studio

The studio room at Dove Farm, is situated in the village of Ellastone, 5 miles from Ashbourne. Located just off the main road, leading from the A50 at Uttoxeter, 7 miles away. Dove studio is a versatile space, especially when hired together with the three adjoining cottages at Dove Farm. The studio room has two main uses, as :

• a dining room for guests staying at Dove farm, celebrating their special occasions
• a meeting/training room  for groups on a day hire basis, as well as residential groups.  

Tables are modular, and can be arranged in small groups, or placed boardroom style, to seat 16-18 people comfortably.  Tables can also be taken out completely, and chairs set out theatre style, to accommodate approx 25 delegates.

Dove studio is refreshingly informal, and makes an unusual venue for workshops, teambuilding and management retreats. There is ample on-site parking.

There is wifi throughout, whiteboard and projector, as well as a flipchart for guests/delegates to use.

Facilities for corporate events

There is a kitchenette attached to dove studio, which means that groups can be totally

self-contained, and cater for themselves, or they can  request catering from dove farm.

This service may be provided in-house, or may be allocated to an outside, local provider.

Clients will always be consulted prior to any arrangements being made.

There is a good selection of  eating out options in the Ashbourne and Uttoxeter area: from  country pubs, to acclaimed restaurants, and a wide choice of take-aways.

Groups requiring break-out rooms, are recommended to hire out space in dove farm cottages, which provide a unique and informal setting for small group discussions.

Residential groups can be accommodated across 7 bedrooms in the three cottages.

In addition, there is a local B and B,  less than 5 mins walk away.

When you need to take a break, why not step outside and enjoy a breath of fresh air on this working farm? Day visitors attending an event in the studio room, are welcome to walk the farm and riverside trail, Wellington boots available to borrow!
