Dove studio sits alongside Dove Farm Cottages, in the village of Ellastone, between Ashbourne and Uttoxeter.

Dove studio is a versatile space, which can be hired on weekdays as a stand alone meeting/training room. Dove studio is included as a dining room and communal space to gather, for group bookings at Dove Farm cottages. This means it is generally in use at weekends.

Most popular uses for this informal space:

Dining room for families and friends.
Celebration space for social events
Venue for special occasion dinner parties for guests staying at Dove farm.

Communal space for retreats and residential events.

More Info

Groups who book exclusive use at dove farm cottages, have use of this space included in their hire. Guests can either self cater in the three well equipped kitchens that go with each cottage - or bring in caterers for those special occasion dinner parties.

A quirky venue for workshops, teambuilding and retreats. You will love the easy, non-corporate, “home from home” feeling.

Groups requiring break-out rooms, can make use of the living room space in our group of 3 cottages.

The kitchenette attached to dove studio, is perfect for making teas and coffees and light snacks. If cooking facilities or a separate larger room is required, to serve from - we can usually make available one of the kitchens in the cottages.

Ellastone village pub, The Duncombe Arms, is just around the corner, a short walk away. This award-winning pub-restaurant serves a select range of lunches and evening meals.

Here for a workshop or meeting? when you get chance to take a break, why not step outside and enjoy the rural surroundings? Day visitors attending an event in the studio room, are welcome to walk our farm and riverside trail.

Rates

We prefer to quote individual terms and rates for day hire, depending on the nature of the event:
eg: start and finish times, number of delegates, additional refreshments, and any special requirements.

The following rates are a guide and a starting point for day hire

Half day or evening £70 + VAT
Full day £125 + VAT

Includes unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits, on a self-serve basis for up to 10 guests/delegates.
supplement for refreshments applies to group size of more than 10 delegates.
Home baked cakes, from the farmhouse kitchen. may be ordered in advance, for your event.
