Location on google maps hereCome off the A50 at Uttoxeter (Esso and Macdonalds are your landmarks) and take B5030 (signposted Rocester and Ashbourne)
Go straight on at next roundabout (Dove Way) and continue for approx 5 miles
(you will now be approaching the JCB Headquarters on your left, impressively landscaped with golf course and lakes. The village of Rocester is to the right)
There are 2 small roundabouts in quick succession. Go straight on at both – B5030 in direction of Ashbourne.
Shortly after, there is another roundabout. Go straight on in the direction of Ashbourne
After 2 miles, you reach the village of Ellastone, Turn right into Dove Street (B5033, signposted Norbury)
Take first left turn into Mill Lane. This is a short, straight road.
Continue along Mill Lane (300 yds past houses and small factory)
Dove Farm is over a bridge at the end of this short lane.
Take right hand driveway to carpark for cottages and meeting/dining room.
The farmhouse is directly opposite the cottages, if you need to come and find someone
Coming from Derby, take first exit at the roundabout just before Ashbourne and follow the A52 bypass, down the hill (direction Leek)
At the bottom of the hill, there is another roundabout. Go straight ahead. You will go past Waterside retail park to your right. (Homebase, M&S, Halfords, etc)
Continue straight on, following A52 out of Ashbourne (Aldi and the Stepping Stones pub is on your left)
Take first exit at the next roundabout, A52 in the direction of Leek
Go past Scraggs petrol station and the Royal Oak on your right, then almost immediately there is a junction to your left, called Hanging Bridge. Turn left onto B5032 (signposted Uttoxeter)
Continue along this B5032 through Mayfield and on towards Ellastone
(approx 4 miles)
As you reach Ellastone, the road rises and bends sharply to the left. Take care
Go past the Duncombe Arms pub on the left, just after bad corner
Take next left turn into Dove Street (B5033, signposted Norbury)
Take first left turn into Mill Lane. This is a short, straight road,
Continue along Mill Lane (300 yds past houses and small factory)
Dove Farm is over a bridge at the end of this short lane
